- Collaborate on releasing project work packets in alignment with the Division's master schedule, leveraging the MRP system and working closely with Master Scheduling.
- Perform dynamic updates and accurate maintenance transactions within the MRP system, ensuring precise planning and purchasing.
- Anticipate and navigate material order requirements to seamlessly align with production needs, efficiently addressing critical items with purchasing teams.
- Verify manufacturing orders for any material shortages and compile comprehensive job packets for manufacturing teams.
- Maintain robust communications with purchasing and product teams, proactively addressing scheduling delays.
- Stay conversant in the company's Management Information System for effective order launching and execution.
Essential Traits and Skills
- Eligibility to secure and retain a DoD clearance.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and MRP systems; prior SAP experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and analytical problem-solving capability.
- Efficient at interpreting procedures and processes, ensuring clear understanding for peers.

Qualifications
- A comprehensive understanding of production planning processes through a blend of academic education and experience.
