The successful candidate primarily develops courseware or storyboards using PowerPoint software and Adobe Captivate authoring tool. Infrequently, duties include conducting stand-up instruction to Department of Defense (DoD) personnel at CONUS and OCONUS sites.Essential Functions : Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with all program stakeholders to include engineers, customers, and project managersExperience with developing course curricula, methodology, and training materials such as lesson plans, trainee guides, storyboards, and computer-based training aidsExperience in developing military training coursewareExperience researching and analyzing detailed technical source data to extract technical information (understanding schematic diagrams, mechanical drawings, interconnect drawings, and parts lists)Ability to format documents to meet contract requirementsProofreading and editing skills to recognize and act upon documentation inconsistenciesAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesExperience with project and time management and Earned Value Management System (EVMS)Ability to work independentlyQualifications : Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
