Hourly rate: $15 to $17.50 per-hour plus Shift Differentials

We offer a number of options (tracks) for MHT staff, this includes PRN (as needed), Full-Time and our MHT Career/Clinical Track for aspiring clinicians. The MHT staff work directly with their assigned client population and whose primary responsibility is the safety of our clients. This is achieved through both robust programming and detailed client observations (Q-15’s).
Essential Job Duties:
- Assists and monitors client’s activities of daily living. Consistently demonstrates an alert, sensitive and supportive attitude with clients, families, employees, and management.
- Interacts therapeutically with clients in one-to-one situations, community and group meetings.
- Has a basic understanding of common psychiatric diagnoses.
- Has professional boundaries with clients and demonstrates the ability to be an effective communicator.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred.
- Prefer experience in a psychiatric hospital setting as a MHT working with children, adolescents and/or adults.
- License/Certification: Not required.
- Skills: Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Clear background from criminal activity.
- Physical Requirements: Extensive walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs. Must be able to lift over fifty (50 lbs.) pounds.
- This position is eligible for a $1 to $3 shift differential in addition to regular hourly pay rate
