Summary / Objective
Accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations of El Zacate and San Cristobal ranches. These ranches are located outside of Floresville and Boerne Texas. The Ranch Manager will help improve internal processes at both locations, to maximize efficiencies. They will play a critical role in budgeting, cattle health and nutrition, land management, CapEx planning, KPI reporting, record keeping, and people management. They will be crucial in the growth of the company, both financially and with associate development.
Essential Functions
Operational Management :
- Forecast and communicate expenses for budget planning.
- Oversee contractors working on capital expenditure projects.
- Develop and forecast nutrition plans for both ranches.
- Work with consultants to formulate health and nutrition plans.
- Coordinate winter pasture and fertilizer plans for El Zacate
- Assist with shipping and receiving timelines for both ranches.
