Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast system or similar platforms.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Process cash register transactions accurately, handling payments with care.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry or nightclub environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for processing payments.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
