La Belle™ French Bakery is a growing Retail and Wholesale bakery, focused on bringing authentic French pastries to the state of Colorado. Led by, Chef Julien Renaut, all recipes are from scratch, using French artisanal methods to provide high quality products that invoke a high end atmosphere. We're thrilled to announce the opening of our newest location in Broomfield and we are seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team and play a key role in the success of our new location.

Salary

• $15.00/hr tips (average $19 to $22 per hour with tips)

Available Shifts

Morning and day shift available. Weekend availability is a must. Availability between 5:30am and 6pm.

Qualifications/Preferred:

• Retail experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Food service: 1 year (preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Shifts: may include early mornings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Ability to learn quickly
• Reliability is extremely important
• Effective oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships
• Desire to learn about the products and confidence to sell them to our customers

Full Job Description

As a Retail/Barista at La Belle™ French Bakery, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and crafting memorable coffee and pastry experiences for our guests. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the art of coffee making, curating customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following;

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is preferred but not required
• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about our unique offerings
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

• Daily operations
