Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining room.
- Maintain a waitlist and inform guests of wait times.
- Assist with answering phone calls and managing takeout orders.
- Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized.
- Provide guests with information about the menu and specials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Previous experience working with Toast Tables is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with a smile.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Job Type: Part-time
