Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system.
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous serving experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
