Description
FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE – Our Lady of Grace School is seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and professional music teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Candidates should have an admirable commitment to the Catholic Faith, to academic excellence, and to music education. The position is 50% time and will include working alongside a talented team of faculty and staff whose goal is to develop leaders in the Church and society. The candidate must be a team player who is willing to collaborate with other teachers to continually enhance our program and work to engage students with dynamic and challenging music lessons. The candidate must be very well versed in the Catholic Mass and in the use and integration of educational technology in the daily curriculum.
Requirements
- A lived Catholic faith
- A California teaching credential and / or a Masters in Education
- A professional, positive, and engaging demeanor
- Well versed in the use of educational technology
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in Catholic schools
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
