Up to 15 Hours Per Week

Requirements :

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (PA, NP, or RN), with at least two years of experience injecting Neurotoxins and Dermal fillers, as well as experience with vitamin injections, and IV Therapy.

Consult and treat patients on various cosmetic procedures including, but not limited to :

• Neurotoxins
• Dermal Fillers
• PDO Threads
• IV Therapy
• Vitamin Injections
• BBL / IPL
• Laser Hair Removal

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Administer injectable treatments, including Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers.
• Develop tailored treatment strategies for patients with clear follow-up plans.
• Effectively discuss and manage patient expectations regarding treatment outcomes.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all services offered.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the aesthetic industry through ongoing training.
• Proactively educate clients about additional services and product offerings.
• Provide clear guidance on treatment processes, including pre- and post-care instructions.
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and effective communication with patients.
• Address client questions and concerns with confidence and empathy.
• Grow and nurture a self-sustained client base, in addition to company-generated leads.
• Maintain detailed notes and clear before and after photos of patients

Qualifications :

• Valid Florida state license.
• 3-5 years of experience injecting neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Expertise in advanced injection techniques and facial anatomy.
• Comfortable using both cannulas and needles.
• Experience with PDO threads or lasers is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to uphold company standards by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and follow up as needed.
• Well-versed in various med spa services and skincare treatments.
