As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and passionate On-Call Massage Therapist to join our team and support us as we expand.
Unlike traditional spas that rush through back-to-back appointments, we focus on providing each client with a personalized, luxurious treatment experience. As an On-Call Massage Therapist, you will have the flexibility of being on-call for select shifts while still maintaining high standards of service. You’ll have the opportunity to truly connect with clients, ensuring that their needs are met with thoughtful, customized treatments.

Compensation & Benefits :
Our On-Call Massage Therapists are compensated with a flat daily on-call rate plus per appointment compensation for each massage performed. This ensures that you are fairly compensated for your availability and the exceptional care you provide.
Employment Type :
Please note that this position is not an employee role but rather a 1099 independent contractor position. As an independent contractor, you will work with us to create your monthly on-call schedule, which may change from month to month depending on the needs of the business. You will be required to adhere to our treatment protocols and uniform standards , ensuring consistency and excellence in every client experience.
As a 1099 independent contractor , you will need to provide your own liability insurance .
