Responsible for ensuring complete client and member satisfaction by providing full guidance and consultation in scheduling, confirmation, and check-out procedures. Maintains clean and organized work areas and well-stocked supply of products. Provides guests with locker, robe / slippers, tour of spa facilities and other amenities as needed.Compensation & Benefits : $16 - $18 Per clocked hourBonus' PotentialPaid Time off after 12 months (starts accruing on day one, can be used after 12 months, time off increases with tenure) Available for full & part time employeesHealth and Dental Benefits (For full time employees)Job Perks : Team oriented cultureEmployee referral bonus programProfessional Development AssistanceMonthly Team ContestsWorking in a new state of the art facility RequirementsGeneral Duties : The initial and complete source of information regarding all available spa treatments and retail goodsMaintain a sense of order and efficiency for spa operations via proper scheduling of guest and staff appointments and packagesAttend product knowledge trainingCheck in / out spa guests and style house customers.Deal with guest issues as needed.Maintain cleanliness of facility including salt room and sauna / general housekeeping duties.Follow all spa opening / closing procedures.Follow all accounting procedures. Ability to handle and balance all payment transactions.Assist with scheduled retail inventoryHandle all the billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services, retail sales and Membership salesEnsure a pleasant visit for each guestAssists with special projects / events as requestedWork as a team with front desk concierges, back of spa therapists, Spa Coordinators and other departmentsBe upbeat, outgoing and have fun!Professional Personality and Appearance required.Assisting dutiesQualifications : High school diploma or equivalentOne year work experience in a related field (spa, hospitality, medical, salon, retail, front desk, and retail sales).Must be able to deal with unruly guestsMust be able to work weekends, and holidays.Be able to maintain a regular schedule.Typing, computer and basic math skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explore and computers in general.
