Required Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging PE curriculum for K-5 scholars, aligning with educational standards
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that focus on motor skill development, teamwork, and fitness
- Teach fundamental motor skills, coordination, and sportsmanship
- Facilitate a variety of physical activities, sports, and games to promote scholars' physical fitness and social development
- Provide differentiated instruction to accommodate various skill levels and learning styles
- Monitor and assess students' progress in physical education
- Manage and maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and organized learning environment
- Supervise students during equipment use to promote safety and proper usage
- Integrate health education concepts into physical education lessons, emphasizing the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practice
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to scholar behavior and safety

- Create a joyful and engaging space for students to learn.

- Overseeing students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, and during lunch.
- Collaborating with lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions.
