Job Summary
The Los Angeles Clippers are seeking a results-driven, self-starting Account Executive to join the Group Sales team at our new home, Intuit Dome. This role is focused on generating new group ticket and experience revenue, renewing existing business, and delivering exceptional experiences to clients.
In this role, you will self-prospect, execute outbound group sales campaigns, and play an important role in giving the Clippers a homecourt advantage. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and creative.
What You Will Do
Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

What You Will Do
- Research, prospect, and sell new groups through daily phone calls, emails, and leveraging social networks.
- Meet and exceed established monthly and annual group sales goals.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to new and existing clients.
- Be a department leader in call volume and leveraging outside networking opportunities.
- Promote an inclusive culture through teamwork and transparency.
- Track communications and correspondence with clients using ticketing system (Ticketmaster) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute game day events for clients.
- Meet or exceed additional sales goals (season tickets/suites).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sports marketing or a related field preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience in group events and/or ticket sales. Sports industry preferred.
- Successful track record of achieving sales goals.
- A positive commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all LA Clippers customers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
- Ability to learn, contribute and flourish in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.

Compensation
- Hourly base pay with on target earnings of up to $80,000.
- The role is classified as non-exempt.
