The LA Clippers are looking to hire an Account Executive, Travel & Tourism. This is a first of it's kind role that will join our group sales team to build our international sales strategy. The Account Executive, Travel & Tourism will concentrate on selling group tickets and hospitality packages across international regions. In this role you will build relationships, drive revenue, and craft customized experiences that bring regional and international travelers to Clippers games at Intuit Dome.
As Account Executive, Travel & Tourism you will identify, develop, and foster relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and group travel organizers. We are looking for someone who is a creative and driven problem solver.

Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

What You Will Do
- Build and implement sales strategies that drive large-scale group ticket sales and hospitality experiences.
- Work closely with internal departments to develop tailored offerings that cater to travelers.
- Represent the LA Clippers at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence in the regional and global travel market.
- Cultivate relationships with key players in the travel industry, such as tourism boards and tour operators.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and ensure smooth execution of group sales programs.
- Track communications and correspondence with clients using ticketing system (Ticketmaster) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out game day experiences for clients.
- Some travel required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- At least three plus (3 ) years of experience in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of and existing relationships within the regional and international travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with international partners.
- Self-motivated, diligent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hourly base pay with on target earnings of $80,000 .
- The role is classified as non-exempt.
