We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the new LA Clippers’ Retail Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and a passion for live sports/concerts, as well as a focus on retail technology/innovation and experience growing a new business.
The Assistant Manager, Retail Warehouse will oversee all aspects of managing our new retail warehouse at Intuit Dome, including the processing of incoming retail inventory, organization of all warehouse spaces, and eCommerce fulfillment. This leader will be responsible for meeting operational efficiency goals, identifying and acting upon areas of opportunity, managing a team of part-time teammates, and serving as the business lead for in-arena retail warehouse needs. The Assistant Manager will demonstrate excellent management and peer relationship skills and be able to work with many cross-functional partners.

Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built differently -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

What You Will Do:
- Plan, direct, and oversee warehouse operations by coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives for efficient and seamless workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse team members by providing coaching and development to support individual growth and overall team performance.
- Manage and oversee the warehouse team to ensure completion of day-to-day operational tasks and overall workflow efficiency.
- Oversee inbound inventory control processes, including processing shipments and verifying the accuracy of shipping invoices and purchase orders.
- Ensure data integrity by accurately importing, logging, and maintaining all product information in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Establish and oversee RFID tagging procedures to ensure accurate inventory tracking and visibility.
- Develop, implement, and oversee a routine RFID-based inventory cycle count program to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Oversee the logistical planning and execution of inventory distribution, ensuring efficient warehouse organization, optimal use of storage space, and effective inventory flow throughout the arena.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across warehouse operations.
- Lead and coach the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfillment processes while responding to inbound eCommerce inquiries.
- Lead by example by working safely at all times, promoting a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies.
- Supervise and assist with retail and concert/event operations as needed to ensure smooth execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience
- 1-3 years of eCommerce fulfillment experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Customer service/order issue resolution experience
- Consistently maintain a high attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and multi-task are a must.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to complete work accurately and on time.
- Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Must have availability to work 100% of scheduled events monthly except for approved time off.
- This position requires frequent bending, ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, exposure to multiple external elements, and extensive walking through the building.
- Work in a typical dry warehouse environment.

Compensation
- The range for this position is $67,000 - $75,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
