Job Summary
The LA Clippers are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support tasks for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of basic business practices, and excellent oral and written communication. This position will work onsite at our office and serve as one of the primary points of contact for staff and guests, with the possibility to attend work-related shows / events if necessary.

What You Will Do
- Exhibit a strong customer service mindset and exceptional guest service skills in every aspect of job performance.
- Provide administrative support to executives.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests and visitors while they wait.
- Support employee engagement events, overseeing everything from setup to teardown, including internal communication.
- Provide operational support for the employee lunch program
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the reception area, kitchen, supply room, restroom toiletries, and conference rooms, ensuring they are stocked, safe, and always prepared for use.
- Assist Human Resources team in distributing employee gifts and other incentives.
- Manage office and kitchen supply orders to ensure adequate stock and timely delivery.
- Assist in preparing outgoing correspondence or mail.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget management.
- Foster positive employee relations and be a liaison amongst all departments of Halo Sports and Entertainment.
- Maintain Front Desk Procedures Manual.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.
