Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in both residential and commercial settings.
- Handle laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is advantageous but not required.
