Creative Content Director/ Photographer

Job Title: Content Director/Photograhy Shooter

Duties and Requirements: Weekly edit turn over rate needs to be high for editing all agency's photos, whether you did the shoot or not. Also shooting monthly clients as needed.

Position Requires:

• Someone looking for a flexible pay schedules
• Majority of the equipment will be provided except for the camera
• Someone with very strong photography skills in shooting
• Someone who is industry diverse in editing
• Someone capable of organizing, editing, and creativity to generate more revenue
• Someone with strong people, personal, and communication skills
• Creative and content skills
• Someone with an organizational skill-set, self-sufficient, responsible, and can maintain a structured lifestyle.
• Location scouting and production sheets required
• Video brief experience is required to provide for the video department
• Monday morning meetings are required
• Must be able to shoot a vast amount of photos in one shoot. We are looking for speed here.
• The company will send sheets for each photoshoot and the photos must last for 3 months.

Pay Structure: Please void pay in listing.

• This position will start on a 90-day success plan
• Pay increase will be based on performance at the 90 days
• Starting as part-time/contract but will move to full-time very quickly.
• The photoshoots are $350/shoot and will increase

Experience:

• Extreme experience in photography
• Experience at shooting still photos with a camera
• Adobe and Photoshop editing skills are a plus

-We are looking for someone who is great at structure and organization. We are looking for someone who is advanced at time management, consistency, self efficient, and familiar with marketing. We need someone who is interested in growing their marketing skills and on-boarding with a company long term and growing with it! We are hoping for someone who is really good at photography and who is flexible. Around 45 photos per shoot.

• This position is for responsible people who are looking to advance in the marketing field and grow into a role.
• Proficient in social media, editing, time management, reporting, and content creation. We need a person who is interested in social media and would like to take over in management in the very near future.
• Preferred position for people locally. Local to New Orleans. If remote work is needed, we are flexible.
