Job Description
Summit-Horizon Dental Lab is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!
You will be responsible for helping our customer by picking up and delivering their dental laboratory cases. You will package these cases every morning and ensure they are ready for delivery and have all required documents.
Compensation : Based on experience
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer deliver questions
- Document and update delivery records daily
- Devolp and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Unpack and disinfect all inbound and outbound lab cases
- Schedule regular maintance for your delivery vechicle
Qualifications :
This is a Part-Time position that will require M-F availabilty. Training provided.
