Job Description
Make a difference in our members’ experiences by leading our Environmental Technician (ET) team as our Environmental Director at our Dahl branch in La Crosse. This position is a full-time exempt position with a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire facility cleanliness for the Dahl branch that includes all program areas, restrooms, locker rooms, etc.

Supervise all environmental staff including, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll approval, etc.
- Oversee room setup and take down for meetings and programs
Requirements

One plus years of experience in maintaining the cleanliness of an entire facility
-
One plus years of experience in a supervisory capacity
-
CPR certification within 3 months of hire date

Ability to address and make solid decisions
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
