Job Description
Are you enthusiastic, self-movivated, and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals? Join the Y staff team as a group fitness instructor! Scheduled fitness classes may include Group Cycling, HIIT, Strength Training, and more! These are part-time positions working 2-6 hours per week depending on availability. This position is located at the Dahl (La Crosse) and / or Houser (Onalaska) Branch.
Types of Classes Include (but are not limited to) :
- Group Cycling including Cycle / Spin and Rhythm Ride
- HIIT
- Strength Training Shifts :
- 5 am- 6 am
- 8 am - 9 am
- 9 am - 10 am
- 10 am - 11 am
- 4 pm - 5 pm
- 5 pm - 6 pm
- 6 pm - 7 pm
