Job Description

Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Volunteer Gymnastics Coach. As a Volunteer Gymnastics Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with athletes of various ages and skill levels, helping them develop their gymnastics abilities while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities :

Support gymnastics classes and training sessions for athletes ranging from 18 months-12 years old.
Provide individualized instruction and feedback to athletes to help them improve their skills and technique.
Ensure the safety of all athletes by following proper spotting techniques and adhering to safety guidelines.
Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaches to provide progress updates and address any concerns.
Assist in the facilitation and execution of gymnastics special events and home meets.

Requirements

Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or participation at a competitive level is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and training methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young athletes.
