Job Description
Come join our Youth Sports team! Our Y is looking for individuals to help coach our Spring Volleyball Clinic! Additional coaching opportunities available for the Spring session as well!
Shift Options:
Volleyball Coach: Mondays or Thursdays (4:30 pm – 6:30 pm) (can be determined based off coach's availability)

- Additional Spring sports coaching options available if interested!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead volleyball practices and games in alignment with YMCA values and program guidelines.

Teach fundamental skills such as passing, serving, setting, and teamwork.

Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants.

Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to build players' confidence and skills.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and YMCA staff.
Requirements
- Candidates should be enthusiastic, motivating and able to relate well to young children
