This is a technical supervisory position leading assigned public health programs. The responsibilities of this position include team leadership and day to day management of operational issues at the team level. This position will contribute to section planning, public health preparedness, communications, performance management, quality improvement, and assurance of the efficient use of resources for the delivery of the highest level of programs and services to advance the health of our communities. The individual in this role reports to Access to Care Manager, and provides supervision and coordination to nursing, health education, social work or others as delegated to protect human health, safety and welfare within the guidelines of public health statutes, ordinances, and best practice measures. Employees in this class work under general supervision, exercising independent judgement while at the same time collaborating with policy leaders, business partners, and the public.
Salary Range: $68,471 - $88,052
