Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team at La Crosse Milling Company. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate and weld equipment parts as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
- Maintain plant grounds, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and regulations to guarantee product quality and safety.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain high-quality products.
- Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience with stick and wire feed welding techniques.
- Be proficient in handling shop power tools and equipment.
- Hold a high-school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively in hot and cold, dusty environments.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
