Job Summary
Looking for a job that’s anything but boring? Set sail with us as a Boat Crew – Server & Bartender at La Crosse Queen Cruises! Set sail with us as a Boat Crew – Bartender, Server & Tour Guide at La Crosse Queen Cruises! In this seasonal position, you’ll be part of the onboard team that keeps the good times rolling—serving food and drinks, assisting with narrated tours, and making sure every guest has a fantastic experience.
We’re also looking for First Mates—a leadership role with additional responsibilities, including assisting with docking and departure. First Mates will be part of a random drug testing pool.

Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Greet guests with a smile and assist them throughout their cruise experience.
- Take and serve drink orders, assist with food service, and maintain a clean and organized space.
- Quickly clean up between cruises and efficiently set up for food cruises.
- Work closely with coworkers, caterers, supervisors, and front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete U.S. Coast Guard safety training to maintain a safe environment onboard.
- Engage with guests and provide cruise-related information during narrated tours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
Bonus
.50 per hour worked bonus for working through end of season
