Primary Responsibilities : Clean tables, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, reset tables for the next service and arrange dining areas for events and next service. Help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.

Before and During Service Hours -
Check prospectus sheets on the board for special parties, reservations for large parties in the dining room and pacific grill.Bring silverware, coffee pots, silver water pitchers from the silver room and stock wait stations. Polish silverware if needed.Checks tables to see if they are completely set, including doilies, butter forks, silverware, coffee cups, etc.Check men's locker room for debris, empty coffee cups, newspapers picked up and room set. NO coffee cups on the table, stocks napkins, etc. for resets.Prepare butter dishes, creamers according to the amount of business for that day.Check with the manager on duty for the number of tables to set.Prepares water and iced tea stations. Fill ice bin. Have glasses ready with doilies on the bottom of the glass.Work in the room assigned, however, may be required to assist in another area as needed.You will be working with servers, other bussers, bartenders, and cooks to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.Assist with special tasks from supervisor.Closing Procedures -
Wrap prepared butters, creamers on cookie sheet with saran wrap, as well as the container of sliced lemons.Clear and cleans water stations.Take trash and dirty linen from service stations to designated area downstairs.Stock linen cupboards in service station area in main dining room.Reset rooms according to the prospectus for the next day. If no functions; then normal settings.Collect all silverware, water pitchers from the service areas and locks in the silver room.Sort glasses along wall by colored racks.Clear and clean dishwasher drop off area.Check all rooms before the end of shift making sure room is clean, including clean linen on all tables.Check with the bartender on duty to make sure locker room is clean and stocked.Assist with special tasks from supervisor.Dress Code -
Must be in full uniform to punch inUniform must be clean and not wrinkled.Wear black non-slip shoes.Long hair must be up and tied backThis is a general description. You may be required to perform other duties as requested by your manager.
