The Regional Sales Manager provides leadership and motivation that enhances customer experience, optimizes operational execution, and drives overall store performance. The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and executing all company initiatives, being results-driven, promoting team development, and ensuring that sales and profitability goals are consistently exceeded. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** (Note: Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet business requirements.)
**Operational Responsibilities:**
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and helpful environment. This includes maintaining high standards, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and adhering to all customer service guidelines established by the company.
- Fulfill business operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, as well as conducting employee and office reviews.
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures through regular management meetings, staff meetings, walk-throughs, and audits.
- Oversee daily deposits for all offices and communicate with the accounting department daily regarding any discrepancies, shortages, and reconciliations of funds for each office.
- Train, develop, and assess the performance of sales associates in all areas of the business.
**Sales Management Responsibilities:**
- Monitor, analyze, and measure sales performance; develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Review office trends and recommend and initiate changes to maximize goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with the Corporate Office, peers, and upper management.
**Requirements:**
- Previous sales experience (5 years).
- Management experience (5 years).
- Experience managing multiple offices.
- Previous experience in auto insurance is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening for state licensing purposes.
- Three verifiable business references.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure.
