THE POSITION :
The Interim Housing Billing Coordinator is responsible for accurately maintaining the client data records related to LAFH interim housing, partner agencies, and motels. This position is responsible for tracking Interim Housing client-based expenditures, and processing invoices for motels and subcontractors. This position updates and maintains databases to ensure accurate documentation of financial information related to families enrolled in crisis housing. Additionally, this position will act as a liaison between partner agencies, motel venders and LAFH by coordinating program services and offering technical assistance to ensure program standards and contract compliance is upheld.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Review / process invoices and motel vouchers for crisis housing partners in a timely manner
- Generate and provide weekly client reports to the Interim Housing Operations Manager
- Track interim housing and motel placements, transfers, exits utilizing LAFH tracking system
- Maintain and update LAFH Crisis Housing log daily
- Document DPSS eligibility on HMIS for participants enrolled in crisis housing (Attachment A’s)
- Engage with motel managers, partner agencies, and participant coordinators to obtain and track vacancies at our Interim Housing sites
- Upload, update, and maintain motel vouchers in HMIS
- Attend agency and community meetings as directed by supervisor
- Additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
