Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation when necessary. Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Buss tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage multiple tables while ensuring attentive service and timely follow-ups with guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any guest concerns promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $3.35 - $7.00 per hour
