The Assistant Operations Manager position prepares an individual for the Operations Manager position. The job of our Operations Manager is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. The OMIT position is responsible for weekend coverage during their training. They will have full responsibility during this time allowing the OMIT to work on their management skills. Operations Managers hire, train, develop, and supervise all Front Desk, Kids Club, and Janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards.
New Graduates with some management experience in retail or customer service are encouraged to apply. The OMIT program can run up to six months depending on their abilities with a goal of having their own club when they are ready.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and development opportunities
- Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Help maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
