Overview
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainers to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for health and wellness, along with the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will develop personalized training programs, provide guidance on exercise techniques, and foster a supportive environment for clients of all fitness levels. We will get you clients, but Trainers are able to get their own clients as well.
- Conduct initial assessments of clients’ fitness levels and establish personalized training goals.
- Meet with members on the floor and offer your expertise
- Develop tailored workout plans that align with clients’ objectives, taking into account their individual needs and limitations.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety protocols to ensure effective workouts.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust training programs as necessary to maximize results.
- Offer nutritional guidance and advice to complement fitness routines.
- Promote group fitness classes and engage clients in various gym activities to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment while adhering to gym policies and procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and encouragement.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physical education principles and practices.
- Experience in sports coaching or personal training is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology as it relates to exercise.
- Proficiency in fitness sales techniques to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ability to lead group fitness sessions effectively while ensuring participant safety.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills to manage client schedules and track progress efficiently.

Pay: $23.40 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
