Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Club Manager to oversee the daily sales and operations of our club. Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage and generate leads for the location.
- Hit daily and monthly sales goals. (bonus and commissions awarded)
- Supervise and train staff, including conducting employee orientation and ongoing training development.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Handle payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and manage financial reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop strategies to increase membership sales and enhance member engagement.
- Maintain an organized work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position in the gym setting.
- Strong math skills for managing and tracking sales goals and daily production.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven track record in customer service excellence with the ability to build rapport with members.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members towards achieving club goals.
