Membership Advisor

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Membership Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving membership growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a Membership Representative, you will engage with potential members, conduct product demonstrations, and promote our services through effective upselling techniques. Your ability to communicate the value of our offerings will be key in converting leads into loyal members.

Duties

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of membership.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance member experience and increase sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential B2B clients to drive membership growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on direct sales initiatives.
• Leverage technology sales skills to effectively present software solutions tailored to member needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential and existing members in our CRM system.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

Experience

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within a membership or subscription-based model.
• Background in technology sales or software solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Experience in retail sales or technical sales can be beneficial.
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively and communicate their value proposition clearly.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
