Summary
As a Certified Trainer at LA Fitness, you will play an essential role in guiding our members on their fitness journeys. This position is pivotal in delivering personalized training programs that align with our mission of fostering a healthier community.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized training programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Lead group fitness classes, ensuring an engaging and motivating environment.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
- Promote LA Fitness services and programs to enhance member engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide top-notch training.
- Collaborate with other trainers to foster a supportive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Current certification in personal training from a recognized organization.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and program design principles.
- Experience in group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to motivate others and foster a positive training environment.
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus but not required.
- Background in sports coaching or physical education is beneficial.
