Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the track area, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Manage staff schedules and oversee shift management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting for track-related expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the track facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and promote fitness programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fitness or recreational environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with members and team members alike.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and inventory control practices is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
