LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening for a qualified Assistant Club Manager. (Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration). Responsibilities of Assistant Club Managers include:
Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience.

Some leadership experience and a Associates degree
Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus
Customer service skills
Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be courteous and tactful
Exceptional telephone skills
Highly organized
Must be at least 18 years old
This position if full time with benefits. Hours are:
Friday 8 am – 3 pm
Saturday – Sunday 8 am – 6 pm
Monday – Tuesday 9 am – 6 pm
