What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Manager - Fitness Sales and Marketing position at LA Fitness?
You will be in charge of the following :
- Sales (Meeting and exceeding our sales goal)
- Marketing (Creating brand awareness in our community)
- Taking guests on tours of our state of the art facilities
- Making outbound calls to potential members
- Answering calls and questions to current members / servicing accounts
- Onboarding and training the sales team
You must have:
- Management Experience
- Sales experience
- Fitness experience
- Workout knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Competitive attitude

- The ability to influence different dynamics in the workplace
