LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening for a qualified Assistant Operations Manager. (Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration). Responsibilities of Assistant Operations Managers include:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
- Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience.

- At least a 2-year college degree
- Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus
- Customer service skills
- Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be courteous and tactful
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Highly organized
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Base pay is $15 an hour
- This position if full time with benefits. Hours are Friday - Sunday 8 am - 5 pm and Monday - Tuesday 9am - 6pm
