The Operations Managers are dedicated to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They create a clean, fun and friendly environment by training and motivating their staff. They also generate revenue, keep a clean and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service. The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager. They are full-time, receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits. They are paid hourly, plus commissions, bonuses and receive a complimentary membership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the club, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and purchasing processes to maintain stock levels.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Handle cash register operations and financial transactions accurately.
- Conduct employee interviews and manage payroll and bookkeeping tasks.
