The Club Manager will be responsible for leading the team and creating an atmosphere of excellence, providing exceptional customer service, and a clean, well-maintained facility. The role will require speaking with all members and guests daily, helping other staff, taking care of any issues and concerns, and supporting our sales team.
Collections are a big part of our business. The Club Manager must be comfortable with leading collection part of our revenue generation. This requires pulling leads and making collection calls, sending emails, and pushing the front desk staff to generate their own revenue.
The Club Manager will also be responsible for the daily cleaning of the club, janitorial supplies and budget, payroll and time-clock management, facility work orders, and the safety of the members and staff.
