Looking for a driven and dedicated individual to motivate staff and improve the overall performance of the club.
Job Details:
You will be mentored at one of our 14 locations across the Twin Cities area to take over your own club by an experienced Club Manager on how to hire, train and develop employees; how to create a clean, fun and friendly environment. These things are done by training and motivating employees, resolving all membership issues, updating past-due accounts, managing payroll and supply budgets, and upholding company standards.
A typical work week consists of 40 hours (8-hour shifts), weekends required while in Manager Training role.
Hourly plus commission (Promotion to Club Manager comes with hourly pay increase, higher commission rates) Expected first year salary between $35,000-$50,000
Job Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
