Overview:
We are seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our Health Clubs.
The Facility Supervisor travels between 5 designated LA Fitness gyms and makes repairs involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
The Facility Supervisor also ensures the cleanliness of the Health Club by teaching, leading, and coaching the onsite janitorial teams.
Duties:
- Complete facility maintenance tasks as assigned
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Finds and makes repairs as needed
- Develop and implement facility improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
-Responsible for overall maintenance of the club through a proactive approach
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities and handiwork.
- Knowledge and Expertise in Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Mechanical problem-solving ability.
-Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and an eye for detail
-Reliable transportation - this position requires you to travel within the Kissimmee/Orlando area.
