LA Fitness is rapidly expanding and is in need of motivated individuals throughout our health clubs in the Tucson/Marana/Oro Valley area.
Do you enjoy helping others reach their goals? Are you outgoing and love interacting with people in a fun, fast paced environment? We are hiring motivated staff to assess each guest's individual needs for our locations. This will include servicing our existing members and prospecting new members. Your day will involve an understanding of KPI reports, training and development of staff, marketing, calls, tours of our facility, and membership sales. We currently offer a very competitive pay plan with full benefits. Previous management experience in the fitness industry is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
