Fitness Sales Director and Management Trainee
Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or personal training studio?
The Fitness Sales Director is a fast-tracking position to become one of our Assistant General Managers / General Managers within 60-90 days based off your performance. Sales Directors are responsible for driving in revenue through new member enrollment's.
**This is a very Sales driven position. Our Fitness sales directors perform marketing efforts for themselves and with a team. Our goal is to get potential new members to come in and join. We have a daily Quota to achieve with selling memberships to the club.
Responsibilities Include:
- Calling, Texting and emailing people daily
- Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business
- Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show
-Touring guests around our health clubs
- Assessing each guests individual need for our location
-Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities
-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe
-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals

Job Type- Full Time Career - Pay- $40,000-$50,000 per year
We show an average because it's sales. You receive an hourly rate OT or Commissions a Bonus each month (We have different levels of Bonus' based off your performance)
