Kids are an integral part of our business as we strive to give parents a chance to take a break from daily life and enjoy their workouts. That’s why LA Fitness offers Kids Klub, an interactive and safe place for parents to have their kids play while they are doing their own thing in the club.
Kids Klub Attendants can expect anywhere from 1-10 kids at any given time. The Kids Klub accepts ages 3 months – 13 years. Attendants are encouraged to lead kids in activities and interact with them in a professional and friendly manner. We are a baby sitting service, not a full child care service; you will not be expected to feed, change, or discipline children.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately check-in and out the children of both members and guests via the LA Fitness computer system
- Ensure that the kids are interacting safely
- Contact parents/guardians should the need arise
- Alert management of any environmental or repair concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure all Kids Klub rules are followed by both children and their guardians
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs
- Ability to stand/bend for 2-4 hours at a time
General Information:
- Club hours are Monday – Thursday: 5am-11pm, Friday: 5 am-10pm, Saturday – Sunday: 8am-8pm
- Shift length: 4 hours
- Common shift availability is as follows:
- Monday - Thursday: 8am-12pm & 4pm-8pm
- Friday - Saturday: 8am-12pm
- Some locations do have a Friday evening Kids Klub shift
