We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while their parents participate in activities. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children and have experience in early childhood education or related fields.
Duties
As a Kids Club Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising children in a safe and fun environment.
- Engaging children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Providing care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Implementing educational games and activities that foster creativity and social skills.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area.
- Communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's experience and any concerns that may arise.
- Adhering to safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in caregiving, babysitting, or nannying.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles or daycare practices.
- Familiarity with special education needs is a plus.
- First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- A genuine love for working with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers.
