We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess excellent communication skills. The position is a sales position to grow within the company. The position is a manager in training. (MIT) TO be a manager, you must be able to consistently acquire memberships, build up a pipeline of prospects, and produce personal training clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services to individuals or groups
- Sell memberships and personal training
- Communicate with the community with calls and marketing
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to provide guidance and support in a compassionate manner
- Excellent listening skills to understand clients' needs
- Empathy and understanding towards clients' situations
- Experience in counseling or related field is a plus
