In this role, you will be responsible for managing member relationships and driving membership growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with current members to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct direct sales activities to attract new members, utilizing effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Utilize CRM tool for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote membership benefits and drive enrollment.
- Engage in inside sales efforts, including follow-up calls and presentations to potential members.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth within designated territories.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their membership journey.
Experience
- Experience in account management or direct sales is preferred.
- Fitness background or overall interest in health and wellness is suggested.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $7.25 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
